• 2 finely chopped jalapenos without seeds
• 1 pound of minced meat (lam or beef)
• Mexican mince spices ingredients:
o 1 ts of chili powder
o 1/2 ts paprika powder
o 1/4 ts cayenne pepper
o 2 ts cumin
o 1/2 ts of oregano
o 1/4 ts garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
o 1/4 ts onion powder (or freshly grated)
o 1 ts salt
o 1 ts pepper
Combine all ingredients and massage them thoroughly into the minced meat.
Squeeze the meat onto the oneQ Kebab pens (not too thickly). Wet your hands
with water to avoid it sticking to your hands.
Roast them at high temperature about 4 minutes on each side. You can use a
wrap to slide them off the bbq pen.
Serve in a wrap with guacamole, sour cream, salad and fresh salsa for the
optimal Mexican sensation.
